Along with Lisa, I write to thank you for the excellent service you provided in
managing for us the sale of our house in West Austin.
From the enthusiastic recommendation you received from one of our friends, we
had every reason to expect satisfaction. What we could not have anticipated was
the extent of your expertise and considerate attention throughout the whole
process. At every step we felt that we were in the best possible hands. In
knowing what to advise and do, it was always apparent that you were drawing
on many years of experience and close connections within the larger real estate
establishment in Austin. All this in addition to your warm and reassuring
manner.
